Singapore Litigation/Regulatory Action/Statutory Action Status Legal Opinion from a Singapore Licensed Solicitor
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need a Singapore-licensed solicitor to prepare a formal and signed legal opinion that confirms whether any pending litigation, statutory or regulatory action exists against a list of Singapore-based individual(s) and organisation(s). I will supply the full names, NRIC/UEN numbers and any other identifiers you may require; your task is to run all appropriate checks, analyse the findings and issue an opinion on firm letterhead. If additional private or subscription databases are needed, please let me know up-front.
Deliverables
• A legal opinion letter addressed to my client, dated and signed by you as a practising Singapore solicitor.
• A brief appendix detailing the sources searched, the date range covered and any limitations or reservations relied upon.
• Copies or certified extracts of any records located (if applicable).
Acceptance criteria
The opinion must clearly state whether each named individual or organisation is free of pending litigation, statutory or regulatory action as of the search date, or else describe the exact nature and status of any matter found. Language should be unambiguous and suitable for submission to third parties. Consent to be included in the opinion that the opinion maybe submitted to any authority in India.
Timeline is flexible within reason, though I would prefer to receive the completed opinion within 4 working days of providing the names. Let me know your availability and any preliminary questions when you place your bid.
