I have an existing service agreement in place with one of our clients and want a seasoned contract lawyer to scrutinise it from top to bottom. Your main focus will be the payment terms, liability clauses and termination conditions, ensuring each section is watertight, commercially balanced and enforceable in the jurisdictions involved.
Because I am not certain whether any industry-specific regulations quietly affect this document, I also need you to flag anything that may trigger specialist compliance requirements so I can take the conversation further if needed.
Deliverables
• A marked-up version of the contract showing recommended edits and comments (Microsoft Word’s Track Changes is fine).
• A clean draft incorporating the accepted edits.
• A short memo summarising the key risks you identified and why each change was proposed.
