Married couple (no children) seeking a California-licensed attorney to prepare a revocable living trust, wills, and related estate documents.

Scope:
Create trust, wills, POAs, and health directives
Transfer one personally owned property into the trust
Include our LLC, which holds three properties and a business, in the estate plan
Assign LLC membership interests to the trust
Prepare any needed deeds and documents

Requirements:
Experience with trusts involving LLCs and real estate
Flat-fee pricing preferred
