Section 9 IBC Petition Filing

Job ID: 40127199

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a qualified advocate who can take my matter from document review through to successfully filing a Section 9 application under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code before the NCLT. My objective is straightforward: use the petition as an operational creditor to recover dues from the defaulting company.

What I already have on hand is the signed contract that clearly spells out the consideration and payment terms. I will supply it immediately, along with any invoices or supporting statements you request.

Because I have not pursued negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, the first formal step will be issuance of the statutory demand notice, followed by preparation of the complete Section 9 petition with all annexures, affidavits, and compliance check-lists. Once the draft is cleared, I expect you to handle e-filing, physical filing (if required by the registry), and service on the corporate debtor.

Acceptance criteria
– Statutory notice duly served and proof of service filed
– Section 9 petition admitted by the NCLT registry without defects
– Case number and filing confirmation shared promptly

Please confirm your experience with IBC matters, the NCLT benches you actively appear before, and the approximate timeline you foresee from notice to admission.
