Complex ongoing Domestic Abuse to myself, my Mum and all 4 of my children. Discrimination under the equality act 2010 by local authorities to me: the mother which has left my two younger children living in psychological violence. My Mum lent me 600 pounds to pay for a lawyer which was a waste of time. Below is the minute of amendment, seperate minute for residency and contact and minute to vary the case which was lodged with the Sheriff Clark and warranted by the Sheriff and served on the other side. I have also included the court record from my ex husband's lawyer. I am waiting on the Child Protection Investigation report and the Domestic Abuse report which the Child Protection Police said I should also do a subject acess request for. I have the files from SCRA that I did a Subject access request for, am still waiting on the subject access request from Clackmannanshire Social Work and Lanark Social Work which SCRA told me to request, both local Authorities are making it so hard for me to get, because they do not want me to have it.
I know this case like the back of my hand but I do not know the law nor do I have the authority to push for the evidence I need. I am entitled to legal Aid but as my criminal lawyer friend said I have never had the proper legal representation or my children would still be in my care. I work for DPD and only earn 400 after tax a month, I get 558 pounds ADP a month. I just got compensation for breaking my ankle in 2023 going for a run, I know like the back of my hand. I know this case needs an advocate and I have tried to get a pro bono advocate with no joy. I want to work on this case with you and would like you to teach me how to fight this myself, stepping in on laws or points I will miss as I do not know the law. The next pre-limenary is on the 25th of November and I need affidavits done and help to get the evidence I need and some I have put into my productions for this case.
