SRA-Approved Party Wall Solicitor
Budget: £10 – £100 GBP
I’m looking for an experienced, SRA-approved UK property solicitor to step in at the dispute-resolution stage of a residential party wall matter.
I hold Legal Expenses Insurance that will cover your fees and, for budgeting purposes, I’m happy to work on the agreed rate of £100 per hour. The immediate priorities are:
• Advisory & consultation – reviewing the current surveyor reports, letters before action and any draft awards, then setting out my realistic options in plain language.
• Drafting – preparing or refining any notices, counter-notices, agreements or formal responses required under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
• Representation – if the issue escalates, I’d like you to attend meetings or hearings (virtual or in person) to articulate my case and, where possible, steer both sides toward settlement.
Please confirm your SRA registration number, a brief outline of relevant party-wall experience and any conflicts I should be aware of. Once appointed, I will forward the insurance policy details and all current documentation so you can hit the ground running.
