Restaurant LLP Incorporation Support

I’m setting up a hospitality-focused LLP to run a new restaurant and want the entire incorporation process handled end-to-end. This covers securing name approval on the MCA portal, drafting and finalising both the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, filing the FiLLiP and all linked forms, obtaining the LLP agreement and PAN/TAN, and guiding me through every statutory step until the Certificate of Incorporation is issued.

Because this is my first LLP, I’ll rely on you for detailed legal guidance—especially around sector-specific rules for restaurants, FSSAI considerations, and any local licensing implications that should inform the governing clauses. I don’t have preset provisions in mind, so I’ll need your advice on what should go into the MOA and AOA to protect partners’ interests, streamline decision-making, and allow for future expansion.
