I have an existing rental-agreement draft that now needs a lawyer’s or legal Professional to get signed from the tenant and register in Govt. website and Call the tenant and Collect the rent from the tenant......we are looking for legal / Lawyer People and debt Collection People for the Work. we are located in Chennai and People who live in and around Chennai will be better. the free lancer should sign NDA..
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• Reviewed and corrected rental agreement, returned in editable format and signed from tenants
• Successful online registration with proof of submission, payment receipt, and downloadable certified copy
• Collection framework in place, including first month’s tenant communication and ledger setup
• Ongoing monthly reports outlining rent received, pending amounts, and any legal action initiated.
