Patent & Trademark Filing Partner
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
Multiple patents and names are ready for protection and I need a registered practitioner who can handle both patent and trademark work from the very first step. The immediate priority is the initial filing phase, yet I also want a clear framework in place to monitor deadlines and maintenance milestones once the applications are on file. There are around 90 patents that need to be submitted/filed and "X" amount of trademarks.
Here is what I need from you:
• Conduct thorough prior-art and clearance searches for each invention and mark.
• Draft and refine all required documents—claims, specifications, drawings, trademark identifications, specimens, etc.—to USPTO standards (PCT or Madrid filings may follow).
• Prepare and submit the applications electronically, then provide the official filing receipts and serial numbers.
• Set up a simple tracking system—spreadsheet, docketing software, or another proven method—so I always know upcoming office-action, publication, or renewal dates.
Please indicate your registration status, typical turnaround times, and any tech or docketing tools you prefer (EPAS, TEAS, EFS-Web, Patent Center, Anaqua, CPA Global, etc.). Clear communication, confidentiality, and an organized workflow are essential; successful delivery will be measured by accepted filings and a functional tracking log I can easily maintain after hand-over. I will need you to sign our NDAs before proceeding with any work.
