Our technology company has a novel concept that we intend to protect, and I need a seasoned patent professional to take us from raw idea through to a properly filed application. Because we are still at the idea/concept stage, the very first step will be a thorough patentability search. I want clear, actionable insight into prior-art worldwide—using USPTO, EPO, WIPO PatentScope or comparable databases—followed by strategic guidance on claim scope and filing jurisdiction.
Once the search confirms we have room to proceed, you will draft the full application: specification, claims, abstracts and any required drawings, all in a form ready for electronic filing. I prefer a single point of contact who can manage the entire process and explain options in plain language as decisions arise (e.g., provisional vs. non-provisional, PCT timing, possible continuation strategies).
