Paralegal Needed: Trust Fraud Complaint

I am preparing to file a civil action for trust fraud involving prior, unauthorized disbursements from family trust accounts. My primary objective is to recover the misappropriated funds, and I want the complaint drafted, formatted, and ready for filing in the proper Florida circuit court.

You must be based within roughly 20 miles of either Vero Beach or Melbourne, Florida so we can meet in person to review documents and have you notarize verifications if required.

What I have so far
I possess partial documentation—bank statements, past trustee correspondence, and a preliminary timeline—but additional material will strengthen the pleading. I will need guidance on what further statements, account ledgers, or corroborating exhibits to request and how to structure them for evidentiary value.

What I need from you
• A complete civil complaint (Florida Rules of Civil Procedure compliant) alleging breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, and any other viable counts, with a well-pleaded damages section aimed at recovery of the missing funds.
• Advice on pinpointing and organizing the strongest exhibits so the complaint survives a motion to dismiss.
• A short checklist of next-step discovery requests I can serve once the suit is filed.

Acceptance criteria
