Ned a sollicitor or barrister

Need a sollicitor or barrister that knows to advise me on m y rights:
- review the articles of association and confirm that a 50% shareholder can not change the directors
- advise what a 50% shareholder can still do if he needs the directors to be changed
- advise how a 50& shareholder can get his share of the assets in nature either while the company is still in place or in case of winding-up if the distribution in shares is not agreed by the other 50% shareholder
