EB-2 NIW Petition Review

I have drafted my complete EB-2 NIW package and now need a one-time, limited-scope review from someone who actively handles U.S. immigration matters—ideally an attorney or paralegal who works on these cases daily.

The file is ready to file; what I need is a thorough second set of eyes to confirm legal accuracy and compliance, check that every piece of supporting evidence really pulls its weight, and fine-tune the overall presentation so the narrative flows naturally for the adjudicator. My biggest worry lies in persuading USCIS on the Dhanasar prongs: I have material for Prongs 1 and 2, but want to be absolutely sure the package meets the balancing test of Prong 3 and ties the public-interest argument together convincingly.

Please draw on the USCIS Policy Manual, recent AAO decisions, and any internal best practices you rely on to flag gaps, suggest stronger citations, and spot formatting or organizational issues that could slow approval. I do not need full ghost-writing—just a precise, professional critique that lets me polish and submit with confidence.

Deliverables

Acceptance criteria: every comment cites the controlling regulation, precedent, or common RFEs it addresses, and the summary memo clearly labels any must-fix items before filing.
