I need a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) reviewed and updated. The NDA involves both individuals and businesses.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with legal documents, specifically NDAs
- Understanding of confidentiality, non-compete, and termination clauses
- Legal background or certification is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- important this NDA applies a LLC registered in Georgia and a person (contractor not employee) or marketing agency located in either Vienna, Austria or Sarajevo, Bosnia Herzegovina.
