US Litigation For Unpaid Commission
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I brokered a contract between a Malaysian company and a U.S. firm; the deal closed smoothly yet my commission was never paid. The agreement’s venue clause requires that any dispute be litigated in the United States, so informal outreach is now exhausted and court action is the next step.
All evidence—signed contract, proof the deal was fulfilled, email threads, payment demands—is already indexed and ready for review. What I need is a U.S-licensed litigator who can turn that documentation into a well-pleaded complaint, file it in the proper court, serve the overseas defendant and steer the matter through discovery, motion practice, settlement talks or, if necessary, trial.
Deliverables
• Written assessment confirming jurisdiction, causes of action and realistic timeline
• Draft and court-stamped complaint filed within an agreed window
• Ongoing procedural filings, discovery management and status reports until resolution
Experience with cross-border contract disputes, the Hague Service Convention and enforcement against foreign entities will be highly valued. When responding, please outline comparable cases you have handled and propose a basic milestone schedule.
