Legal Research Mentoring Needed

I’m a law student eager to turn my classroom knowledge into a reliable income stream through research and writing—specifically, legal research and drafting. To accelerate that goal I need an experienced legal professional who can walk me through real-world assignments, refine my technique, and point me toward paying opportunities.

Here’s how I see our collaboration working: you provide (or approve) practical fact patterns, I perform the research and produce the first draft, then you review and supply targeted, constructive feedback. Along the way you’ll share best-practice tips on using primary and secondary sources, structuring arguments, and polishing citations to Bluebook standards. By the end of the engagement I want at least one portfolio-ready document and a clear roadmap for monetising these skills.

Deliverables
• Three or more research-based drafting assignments with detailed feedback
• One fully polished memorandum, brief, or motion suitable for a portfolio
• A concise guide outlining platforms, workflows, and outreach tactics for securing paid legal research work

Acceptance Criteria
• All authorities accurately Shepardized/KeyCited
• Citations formatted correctly in Bluebook style
• Feedback returned within 48 hours of each submission
