Legal Partner for Drafting
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am opening a partnership seat at TrustLine Legal for an advocate who genuinely enjoys hands-on legal drafting and client advisory work. The collaboration is fully remote yet centred around Delhi-NCR matters, and revenue is shared on every file you touch—so your earnings grow in step with the practice.
What I need from you
• Active Bar Council enrolment and an LL.B.
• Proven skill in preparing precise Notices and Complaints, plus the confidence to craft thorough legal Replies when client strategy demands it.
• Comfort speaking directly with clients, clarifying their issues, and turning those conversations into clear, persuasive documents.
Your day-to-day
You will draft notices, complaints and detailed replies, guide clients through follow-ups, and join me on dispute-resolution strategy calls. While the bulk of current work revolves around drafting, you are free to bring in matters from any branch—corporate, civil or criminal—and we will apply the same revenue-sharing formula.
Deliverables (per matter)
1. First-cut draft of the notice / complaint / reply in Word format.
2. Revised version reflecting client feedback and our joint review.
3. Final, filing-ready document with covering note.
Acceptance criteria
• Language must be legally sound, internally consistent and free of typographical errors.
• Citations follow the latest Bluebook or SCC style, as appropriate.
• Final document delivered within the timeline we set at matter intake.
If a flexible, partner-level role focused on high-quality drafting appeals to you, drop me a message with your resume and two anonymised writing samples. Let’s build something valuable together.
