Legal Expertise Required for Plaint Review & Written Arguments
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Case: I own a commercial property and a prospective tenant backed out after confirming to take it on lease. I also customised the premises as per their specifications.
There are emails of his confirmation as well as promises made to transfer security deposit.
Now I incurred loss because of breaking the promise. I would like to file a recovery suit.
I already drafted a decent Plaint (I think so) but I am still looking for a Legal Expert who can review and confirm that it is good for court submission. Make corrections if necessary.
Secondly, as I plan to submit this suit on my own as a party-in-person, I also need Written Arguments, clearly laying out the legal basis, supporting precedents, and the logical flow of relief sought
