Project Description
We are a U.S.-based technology company seeking an experienced Legal Content Writer or Legal Adviser to review, revise, and finalize our Master Legal Agreement (9 pages).
Our platform consists of three products:
Website management platform
Business listing platform
Mobile safety application (includes emergency safety alerts & real-time location sharing between subscribed users)

Our customers are primarily located in the United States, and we must ensure our legal agreement meets U.S legal standards and is contract-ready.
The document is already drafted — we need a professional legal review, corrections, and a finalized version suitable for customer acceptance.
Preferred jurisdiction: Texas

Scope of Work
You will:
Review the existing 9-page Master Agreement
Identify legal risks, missing clauses, and unclear wording
Revise language to meet U.S contract standards
Ensure enforceability and legal clarity
Adjust clauses relevant to:
Subscription services
User data & privacy
Location sharing & safety alert features
Liability limitations
Service availability

User responsibilities
Align document with standard U.S. legal structure and tone
Deliver a fully corrected, professional, contract-ready final version

Deliverables
Marked-up review version (suggested changes)
Final clean legal agreement (ready for customer acceptance)
Notes explaining major legal corrections (optional but preferred)

Requirements

Background in technology contracts / IT law
Familiarity with subscription platforms & mobile applications
Ability to structure enforceable legal clauses
Excellent legal English writing skills
