Legal Consult for International IT Agreement -- 4
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are a Turkey-based company working long-term with a software service provider in India. The Indian company manages our cloud infrastructure (AWS), handles code updates, and provides database support. All intellectual property belongs to us. They are paid through platforms like Upwork/Fiverr and do not store or process any Turkish-origin or sensitive user data. All global user data is hosted on international platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).

We seek a qualified international legal consultant or firm to:
--Draft all necessary IT service agreements, ensuring legal clarity on roles, deliverables, IP --Eights, liabilities, and data protection
--Ensure the documents are legally valid and enforceable in both Turkey and India
--Clearly define the legally recognized signing channels (e.g., Adobe Sign, DocuSign) and any official registrations (e.g., Apostille, ICC, UNCITRAL) if required.
--Advise us on any unforeseen legal requirements, risks, or obligations
*****Provide a step-by-step workflow from start to completion, including:
--What documents will be prepared
--Where and how they will be signed
--What legal authorities (if any) are involved
--When the agreement becomes officially valid
--Inform us of any critical points we may have missed (risks, data clauses, IP rights, long-term validity, etc.)
****Completion Criteria
The project will be considered successfully completed only when:
--All legal documents are fully prepared, signed, and officially recognized
--Agreements are valid and enforceable in both jurisdictions
--All legal procedures are clearly explained and finalized
--No further action is required from us for recognition or registration

2-)Are any software licenses, proprietary platforms, or jointly developed IP involved?
3-)Are personal data or client data of Turkish origin being processed or hosted on Indian servers?
4-)Are we outsourcing specific deliverables on a project-by-project basis, or is this a long-term managed service relationship?
1-)No, there is no partnership or revenue sharing agreement with the Indian software company They are solely managing our servers and providing updates, code optimizations, and regulatory compliance on our behalf.
2-)All software licenses and developed designs are owned by us For some of the work they do on our behalf we make payments to them through international freelancer platforms.(Freelancer,Upwork,Fiverr etc..)
3-) The personal data or client data is not stored or processed on Indian servers. Instead, it is stored on international platforms like Google and Amazon, as well as various third-party company servers. This data includes global user information, not just data from Turkish users.
4-)We are outsourcing specific tasks, but the entire project is currently being managed by our partners in India They have the necessary expertise to handle multi-database integration and management on the AWS web services platform Therefore, they are responsible for the project's management.
Proposals will be evaluated based on price, relevant experience, and clarity in execution.
