am looking for an experienced Indian employment lawyer who can immediately act on my behalf to recover my pending Full and Final (F&F) settlement amount from a company in India.

I require legal representation to pursue recovery of unpaid dues, including salary, Full and Final settlement, reimbursements, incentives, leave encashment, gratuity, bonus, severance, or any other pending employment-related payments, as applicable.

My first priority is to address the following tasks simultaneously:

Contact the company immediately through phone calls and formal communication to seek resolution and recovery of the pending amount.
Issue a formal legal notice to the company demanding payment of the outstanding Full and Final settlement within a defined timeline, including applicable interest, statutory dues, and any legal remedies available under Indian labour and employment laws.

Scope of Work / Deliverables:

• Review employment agreement, offer letter, HR policies, payroll records, resignation/termination documents, and communication history

• Call summaries and communication logs for all interactions with the employer

• Copies of legal notices, emails, and follow-up correspondence sent to the company

• Assessment of legal options including labour commissioner complaint, employment tribunal, civil recovery, gratuity claim, Shops & Establishment Act remedies, Industrial Disputes Act applicability, Payment of Wages Act, or breach of employment contract, as relevant

• Recovery strategy with estimated timelines and probability of settlement

• Regular status updates on legal progress and recovered amounts




I am looking for a lawyer who has prior experience in Indian employment disputes, salary recovery, labour law, wrongful termination, delayed Full and Final settlements, and corporate legal notices.
