Independent Legal Advice Needed

I need a lawyer who can give formal Independent Legal Advice on a personal guarantee I am being asked to sign. The document is ready for review; what I require is a short consultation (video or phone is fine), a clear explanation of my obligations and risks, and the issuance of the standard ILA certificate so the lender will accept the guarantee.

You will receive the draft guarantee in advance. After our call, I need you to countersign the certificate (or letter) confirming that independent advice has been provided and return a scanned copy the same day, with the original posted if required.

Deliverables:
