German Attorney for Insurance Suit

I need an experienced German attorney to file a lawsuit against Dialog Lebensversicherungs-AG for a denied health insurance claim. The case will likely be handled by the Landgericht München I (Regional Court of Munich I).
They are declining because they are saying it’s not me threat bought the insurance. ( I’ve lost 100 lbs and on anti-aging the therapy)
