German AÜG Agreement Reviews

Job ID: 40225008

Budget: £36 – £0 GBP

I have several client agreements governed by the Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz (AÜG) that must be reviewed before we conclude negotiations. Because my core legal team is UK-based, I need a German-qualified lawyer who knows the AÜG inside out to step in, pick up each draft and ensure every clause survives a regulator’s microscope.

Your primary objective is to confirm full compliance with German law, with a particular emphasis on AÜG-specific leasing regulations. Along the way I expect you to flag any exposure points, annotate suggested language, and supply a clean redlined version for my team to accept or reject.

To keep the project tight, I will provide the current drafts in Word along with background notes. You return:

• A redlined copy highlighting required and recommended changes
• A short explanatory memo (plain English) summarising why each change is needed under the AÜG and related German statutes

Turnaround is important to us but accuracy is critical. When you apply, please point me to concrete experience handling AÜG agreements or similar German employee-leasing contracts so I can see that this assignment is squarely in your wheelhouse.
