Form 2 Response Legal Advice

I’m preparing a Supreme Court Form 2 response to a civil claim arising from an alleged default on a BDC loan that I personally guaranteed. Before I file, I want a qualified litigator—or a paralegal authorised to give legal advice in this jurisdiction—to walk me through the document, spot risks, and confirm that every statement and exhibit is as tight as it can be.

Scope of the review
• Legal accuracy: confirm that my defences, counter-arguments, and referenced statutes or case law are appropriate and properly cited.
• Completeness: check that no required section, schedule, or signature block is missing and that my single supporting document (the loan agreement) is integrated correctly.
