Father’s Property Transfer Assistance

I need a licensed property lawyer who can take my late father’s solely-owned residential house and place it in my name, relying on the will already in my possession. The job starts with reviewing that will for validity, then moving through probate (where required), preparing every transfer instrument, and finally registering the new title with the appropriate land or revenue office so the public record shows me as the uncontested owner.

The work will involve coordinating with the registrar, drafting and stamping the deed of transfer, clearing any pending municipal dues, and obtaining the updated khata/record-of-rights. I will supply the original will and any death certificate or ID proof the day we begin.

This task involves ensuring that all legal documents are properly prepared and filed, as well as navigating any relevant regulations. I want to get the property transferred and registered on my name .

History : this property of flat in vikas puri was on my fathers name ( Ranbir Kumar Chawla ) whom we lost in 2017 . Though we are 3 brothers and mom is alive , my father has made registered will which am enclosing
