Exemption Affidavit Preparation

I need assistance in preparing an Affidavit of Exemptions.

I have a judgement for $4,500.00, for an unsecured credit card balance. I own a home along with my son, we have joint tenancy. I own a car, valued at about $1,500.00 to $2,000.00. I am retired and my sources of income are social security and a small private company pension. The judgement court date was 2/17/2026, I have not received a copy of the judgement or any communication from the creditor or their attorney. I want to find out about next steps and need help with when and how to the claim of exemption for my home and vehicle. I understand there are time limits regarding filing this paperwork.
