I have an EEOC case because my supervisor lied to terminate me (I was the only woman in a department of 20 men), I was overqualified for the position and yet didn't even last two years at the US Army Corps of Engineers.  I am at a loss for how to defend myself and the Corps has a lawyer and two assistants working on it. I need some help next month to make my best case. Getting fired (and for reasons that are lies) really threw my career for a swerve. I am asking for $400k for approximately 3 years' lost salary.  

I guess what I need is: - do I ask for summary judgment?- do I respond/appeal their summary judgment?

Summary judgment is due March 16th (I feel like this works against me as opposing counsel requested it)
Reponses are due March 31st.
