Draft Rule to Show Cause

I need assistance drafting a Rule to Show Cause for Dorchester County, SC, related to a filed Divorce Decree. My Ex spouse has refused to sign the quitclaim deed required for me to complete the VA spouse removal and get the mortgage out of her name as I am required to do so by December. She has said she will not sign it before signing her name off the mortgage but I have showed her the lender requires the quitclaim deed in order to process the VA Spouse Removal. I simply want to submit something to the courts to let them know that I am doing all that I can and that her delaying is what could result in me not being able to meet the deadline. She has stated that she is waiting to compile a package for a Rule and this is something she intends to include.
