Draft Response to Telecom Subpoena (US only)

Legal officer required to respond to subpeona requests on behalf of telecom carrier

Scope
– Analyse the subpoena to confirm jurisdiction, scope, and deadlines.
– Identify any grounds for objection or limitation.
– Prepare a concise, properly formatted response that cites the relevant FCC, FTC and privacy laws (or state equivalents, if they apply) and references any privacy statutes or privilege claims that may narrow the request.
– Outline any production schedule or protective order language necessary to safeguard sensitive information.

Deliverable
A polished, ready-to-file response letter (Word or PDF) accompanied by brief notes that explain key arguments or objections for my future reference.

Timing
I need the draft within five days of project start to meet the telecom’s stated deadline.

Please be comfortable working with U S subpoenas and able to reference the appropriate rules and case law where useful.
