Our startup needs clear, watertight paperwork before we onboard new partners and contractors. I would like a lawyer who can first walk me through the key risks that apply under our local laws and any relevant tech-industry regulations, then turn that guidance into two concise documents:

• A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement that also locks down intellectual-property ownership and assignment.
• A master Service Agreement that we can reuse for future clients and vendors.

The NDA must explicitly cover source-code, architecture diagrams, and any data exchanged during projects. The Service Agreement should spell out scope, deliverables, SLAs, payment milestones, and a practical termination clause—all framed to comply with local statutes and the industry standards that govern software and data services here.

After an initial consultation call, I’ll supply current workflows and a sample SoW so you can tailor the language. I’ll review one round of revisions; final files should arrive in editable Word format plus a clean PDF.
