Divorce Case - IF YOU ARE NOT LICENSED DO NOT MESSAGE OR INQUIRE
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am currently handling a civil divorce proceeding in family court and need a licensed professional—paraprofessional paralegal or attorney—who can step in immediately. My primary aim is to clarify my legal options, map out a winning strategy, and move each step of the case forward with confidence.
Here is where I need your expertise:
• Strategy & counsel: I want to sit down (virtually) and openly discuss the strengths, weaknesses, and possible trajectories of the case, then translate that conversation into a clear, written blueprint I can follow.
• Orders within the divorce: Several existing and upcoming orders require attention. I need help drafting new motions, reviewing current court orders for accuracy and enforceability, and, when necessary, filing those documents correctly and on time.
• Document drafting & review: From motions to stipulated orders, every filing must be polished, compliant with local rules, and persuasive.
I will supply all current pleadings, orders, and any supporting evidence so you can hit the ground running. In return, I need verification of your license before we begin—no exceptions.
Ideal timeline: I’d like our first strategy meeting within a week, followed quickly by the written action plan and initial drafts.
If you hold an active license and have solid family-law experience, let’s talk and get this moving.
