Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I act for the Claimant in an ongoing Employment Disability Discrimination matter and need targeted support from an experienced paralegal or solicitor. The case is well-advanced; what I require now is clear, task-based assistance so we can file a polished bundle and persuasive statements on schedule.
Scope of work
• Claimant’s bundle – collate and paginate Medical records, Employment records and all relevant Correspondence with the employer, ensuring the documents are complete, legible and in a logical order.
• Disability Impact Statement – help with researching current legal precedents, drafting the first version and then reviewing / editing until it is court-ready.
• Chronology of events – identify every key date, organise events in strict sequence and verify the factual accuracy of each entry against the source documents.
• Claimant’s Witness Statement – structure the narrative, cross-reference it to the bundle and polish the language so it complies with tribunal requirements.
