I resigned as a designated partner of an LLP, served the full 90-day notice ending 6 May, but my exit is still stalled. The remaining partner has not filed Forms 3 and 4 and is now insisting that I open a new bank account—an obligation I believe goes beyond what the LLP Agreement or law requires.
I need a Delhi-based corporate lawyer who can step in immediately to resolve this dispute over our respective legal obligations, represent me in all communications, and ensure my name is removed from every statutory record so I am free of further liability. Familiarity with the LLP Act, ROC procedures, and partner-level negotiations is essential.

• Drafting and, if still required, electronic filing of Forms 3 and 4 with proof of submission
• Formal notice or correspondence to the remaining partner—and to the bank, if needed—clarifying my obligations and demanding compliance

Acceptance criteria: ROC acknowledgement (or equivalent documentary evidence) confirming my cessation as partner and written closure of all partner-level disputes.
