I have a series of unpaid invoices in Dammam and I’m ready to take the matter to the Saudi Consumer Court. All I need at this stage is a lawyer who can handle the actual filing of the case.
Here is where things stand:
• I have already prepared and can immediately share the full set of invoices, formal payment demands, contracts, agreements, and every email or message exchanged with the debtor.
• Formal reminders have been sent, but payment is still outstanding.
Your role will be to:
1. Review the documentation for completeness and compliance with local consumer-protection statutes.
2. Draft the statement of claim and any supporting affidavits.
3. Submit the case to the appropriate Consumer Court in Dammam and provide me with the official filing confirmation and case number.
If further representation becomes necessary later, we can discuss it separately, but for now my main priority is a clean, correct filing that gets the case on the court’s docket without delay. Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred so the paperwork can be prepared in the language the court requires while keeping me fully informed.
