Contractor Agreement Legal Review

I have a contractor-services agreement that I’d like a lawyer to examine closely. My goal is see if there is any language we need to be aware of or amend for our protection. No significant redrafting is required right now, just a professional review and an explanation of any obligations, loopholes, or hidden liabilities I should know about.

Here is what I’d like back:
• A marked-up PDF (or Word) highlighting every clause that could expose me to financial or legal risk.
• A concise written memo explaining each flagged issue in plain English, noting why it matters and, where relevant, suggesting alternative language I could propose later.
• A brief call or email summary (10–15 minutes) to walk through any critical points so I’m confident before signing.
