Contest Interlock Fees, Reinstate License

Back in 2010 I pled to a DUI and accepted an ignition-interlock requirement. A dozen years later the device provider, Smart Start, is still billing me far beyond the statutory period and no one in the system—probation, the original court, the state DMV, or even a private attorney I retained—can tell me why. Every call to Smart Start ends in an automated loop, and every agency refers me elsewhere.

I need a legal professional who can zero-in on the billing records, the underlying court order, and the applicable state interlock statutes, then build a solid challenge that gets these charges wiped out and my full driving privileges restored. The scope is focused: review the paperwork, calculate what (if anything) I legitimately owe, identify any statutory violations, and file the right motions or administrative complaints to force action.
