Comprehensive Service Agreement Draft

I’m looking for a lawyer or experienced contract writer to draft a clear, legally sound service agreement that I can reuse with future clients. The document must spell out the full scope of services we offer, set realistic delivery timelines, and define measurable quality standards so there is no room for misunderstanding on either side.

Because some of our work involves bundled product-and-service packages, I also need wording that explains exactly what items are being supplied, how they tie into the service component, and who bears responsibility at each stage. Plain English is preferred, but it still needs to hold up under scrutiny in common-law jurisdictions.

• A brief cover note pointing out the main sections (scope, timelines, quality) and any clauses that may require tailoring for different clients
