Challenge DVRO Representation Needed, July 30

I have a Domestic Violence Restraining Order already in place against me and a court date on July 30 in California family court to challenge it. I need full legal representation at that hearing—someone admitted to the California Bar who routinely handles DVRO matters.

Between now and the appearance I will give you the existing order, police reports, declarations, and any other filings. I’m counting on you to:

• Review the complete file, spot evidentiary weaknesses, and outline a defense strategy.
