Cease and Desist Letter

This letter constitutes a formal Cease and Desist Notice regarding the recent actions taken by a nonprofit's President trying to coerce my resignation from the Board in a private, undisclosed communication, and the retaliatory behavior directed toward me after I brought forward legitimate feedback from community members. These actions violate multiple provisions of the EMACT Bylaws, established nonprofit governance standards in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and fundamental fiduciary duties owed by officers of the corporation.
