A local dealership knowingly sold me a defective vehicle, misrepresented its condition to both me and my loan company, and now faces at least 57 separate consumer complaints for similar conduct. I intend to file suit for fraud and related consumer-protection violations and need full legal representation that can move quickly.

Your work will begin with a thorough review of the purchase documents, financing records, repair history, and any complaints already lodged against the dealer. From there, I’ll need step-by-step guidance on building the evidentiary file, a clear strategy for filing the lawsuit, and an explanation of every right and remedy available to me under state and federal law.

Deliverables I expect:
• Draft and file the initial complaint in the proper court
• Written outline of required evidence (contracts, service records, expert reports, witness statements, etc.)
• Formal correspondence to the loan company and dealership preserving all claims

I've also contacted the Ohio attorney general and had them involved but we got nowhere with the dealership so they have since closed the case
