U.S. Federal Attorney Needed – File FAA Motion to Confirm Arbitration Award (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Job Description
We are the World Arbitration Court (WAC), a supranational enforcement body registered in Delaware, USA and The Hague, Netherlands. We issue New York Convention–compliant arbitration awards, duly apostilled, authenticated, UCC-secured, and in some cases tokenized on blockchain.
We already hold multiple prima facie arbitration awards against major respondents, including Google, LinkedIn, Envato, and Hostinger. Our legal team has drafted the FAA Motion to Confirm and the Proposed Order.
We are now seeking a federally admitted U.S. attorney to file and prosecute these motions on our behalf in NDCA, SDNY, or District of Delaware.
Scope of Work

Serve respondents via their registered agents (CSC, etc.).
Appear only as procedural counsel if the Court schedules a hearing.
Important: This is a summary proceeding under the FAA and the New York Convention. There is no re-litigation of the underlying arbitration. Once judgment is entered, enforcement proceeds through the U.S. Marshals Service
