Administrative Appeal Representation Needed

I'm seeking an experienced local professional to assist with an appeal hearing at the San Francisco Board of Supervisors I filed, and is set for Sept 24 2025. I need possible representation at the hearing, as well as consultation and advice throughout the process.
Required:
- Background in SF Planning/DBI codes, practices ,ethics for appeals on NOVPD, permit Suspensions, unethical work practice and collusion with a vexious complainant.
- Experience with appeals and hearings
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
- Ability to provide strategic legal advice
