I need assistance reviewing and refining legal documents related to an ADA / Oregon disability non‑accommodation dispute involving a public‑entity client (TriMet) and a private contractor (Allied Universal).
Work includes:
Reviewing a completed ORS 30.275 tort claim notice for clarity, accuracy, and strategic sufficiency
Reviewing supporting documentation (accommodation history, medical restrictions, employer communications)
Advising on next‑step document preparation (demand letter, mediation framing, or follow‑up correspondence)
Ensuring alignment with ADA Title I, ORS 659A, and Oregon tort‑claim requirements
Ideal experience:
ADA failure‑to‑accommodate cases
Oregon employment law (ORS 659A)
Public‑entity liability under the Oregon Tort Claims Act
