I need a lawyer to review 3 documents (16 pages)

I am planning on making a project with a friend, who wants to make an art project with me. For this project we want to hire an artist. The contracts are already ready, but since I did not hire the lawyer, I want to make sure, that I don't sign anything, which puts me in a bad spot.
