we have a product that we will be providing to end user through a third party that will store and supply it and we need to mitigate any risk of this being sourced elsewhere and wish to protect the intellectual property (its a bespoke design but others could potentially manufacture it) with both the end user and the third party so need some expert advice to help us draw that up. thank you
