Veteran Small Claims Legal Support

I'm a disabled veteran pursuing a pro se small claims case in Monroe County, Tennessee involving business fraud, breach of contract, and consumer protection violations. I need an experienced Tennessee-based paralegal to:

- Review my case and identify the strongest legal claims.

- Draft and file the civil warrant in General Sessions Court.

- Prepare my exhibits, affidavit, and court materials.

- Coordinate service of process.

- Assist with hearing prep and attend on my behalf (as permissible under TN rules).

You must be certified (NALA, NFPA, or equivalent) or working under a licensed TN attorney. Familiarity with Tennessee consumer protection laws and General Sessions Court procedures is required.
