Urgent Petition Efiling LA Court
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have my petition in final, court-ready PDF form and must get it electronically filed with the Los Angeles County Court no later than December 26, 2025. The Notice of Determination was lodged on November 26, so the statutory clock is running and I cannot miss this deadline.
All I need is the actual efiling—no edits, formatting tweaks, or legal drafting. You would log in to the Los Angeles County Court efiling portal, upload the existing PDF, complete the required metadata fields, and obtain the confirmation receipt that shows the filing timestamp and transaction number. Once that receipt is generated, send it straight back to me so I can place it in my case file.
Deliverable:
• Electronic filing confirmation from the Los Angeles County Court system showing the petition has been accepted (or, if it goes into “Submitted” status first, a follow-up confirmation of acceptance).
I will provide:
• The signed, date-stamped PDF petition.
• My efiling account credentials (or I can create a temporary sub-user for you).
• Any fee payment information the portal requires.
Completion is only successful once the court issues its official filing acknowledgement before the close of business on December 26, 2025.
