Start-up stock options and advisory agreements

I’m looking for some assistance with start-up stock options and advisory agreements for my business. Specifically, I need help creating equity options documents from scratch. I do not have any existing documentation or documents from investors -- I need complete documents created. Additionally, these agreements will have to be modified on an occasional basis as the business grows.
I'm seeking a professional who is experienced in corporate structures and stock option plans, and understands the legal and regulatory requirements of these agreements. An excellent command of English is required in order to create high quality documents and to articulate complex contracts clearly.
