Pre-Hearing Conference Representation Needed

I need representation for a pre-hearing conference regarding a dispute with my former employer. The main issues to address are:

- Unpaid wages: I was paid for only 60 hours from 02/12/2024 to 02/25/2024, while I was entitled to 80 hours.
- Accrued PTO: I have 70 hours of accrued PTO that I was not compensated for.
- Incorrect layoff date: My layoff was formally on 3/11 but backdated to 2/23.

They also backdated my insurance coverage to terminate on 2/23.
